Join our team as a Marketing and Communications Intern.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Marketing & Communications intern that will help us to spread the WasteHero story to every corner of the globe. You’ll be a core part of the growth team, helping us to develop engaging communications to support our overall B2B/B2G marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Sales & Growth to implement overall marketing strategy

• Manage and implement the social media calendar across various channels, namely LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube

• Assist in the development and implementation of our inbound marketing strategy

• Email marketing management: monthly newsletters and automated campaigns to align with inbound efforts

• Research and write engaging, quality blog content and promote via social media channels

• Implementation of outreach link building strategy

• Developing instructional content to support the onboarding and ongoing success of WasteHero customers

• Production of sales content for digital distribution (e-books, white papers, product brochures, guides etc.)

• Research, carry out interviews and write case studies on our clients

• Research, investigate and make business cases on new potential channels for WasteHero to improve lead generation

• Develop a strong understanding of our industry and market to inform communications

About You

You are a curious, self-motivated person with amazing communication skills who is great at taking initiative and is ready to join a start-up with few formal procedures and limits.

• You study a relevant program or have proven experience in the skills we are searching for.

• Experience in content creation and social media

• Proficient in English. Danish is not a requirement – we’re a very international team!

• Exceptional communication skills

• You exhibit a high level of initiative

• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a collaborative team environment

• Experience with the following tools is regarded

  • Figma

  • InDesign

  • Illustrator

  • Hubspot

  • Google Analytics

  • Google Ads

What you need to know

The internship is unpaid and full-time to fit with your University's requirements. The internship runs for five to six months, depending on your needs.

The start date is flexible and can be arranged to fall on the 1st of January, February or March.
