Hollbium is currently searching for a colleague to join our fabulous team in Stockholm as Managing Director/CEO!
The Hollbium Loop, a smart IoT farm, transforms your walls into farmland without taking up floor space. Through minimalistic design, we’ve created an automated and self-sufficient solution that elevates the interior design of any space. Our circular subscription-model is a hassle free way for businesses to create innovative and healthy environments for their employees and tenants. Who: We’re looking for someone who wants to scale our business and take our passionate & self-driven team to the next level. Short-term, the top priority will be business development and sale activities.
We are primarily searching for the right person to lead Hollbium forward, more than a specific skillset!

have the overall responsibility for the company and oversee Finances, HR, Management, Operations, Sales
build and lead the team for bringing the start-up to a scale-up
work with the plants, learn about the product and further develop it with the manufacturer
further develop the companies strategies
It is also a plus if you have:
a strong network within real estate and/or facility services sector, office managers, or to young and fast-growing companies
lead or participated in fundraising (ideally a fast growing startup)
both startup & SMB/corporate experience
an interest in interior design, employee well-being and employer branding as these are key sales aspects of the first product
