Hollbium is an impact start-up that combines Scandinavian design, future food supply and well-being into a full sensory experience. We bring nature indoors, by growing edible plants in your workspace and other urban spaces. Since 2018, we've been developing hydroponic systems and offering them to businesses.

Our vision is to make farming a natural part of any indoor environment.

Hollbium is currently searching for a colleague to join our fabulous team in Stockholm as Managing Director/CEO! 

The Hollbium Loop, a smart IoT farm, transforms your walls into farmland without taking up floor space. Through minimalistic design, we’ve created an automated and self-sufficient solution that elevates the interior design of any space. Our circular subscription-model is a hassle free way for businesses to create innovative and healthy environments for their employees and tenants. Who: We’re looking for someone who wants to scale our business and take our passionate & self-driven team to the next level. Short-term, the top priority will be business development and sale activities.

We are primarily searching for the right person to lead Hollbium forward, more than a specific skillset!

• believe in sustainable development, food resilience and circularity

• are solution oriented and continuously driving forward

• are great at communication and storytelling

• speak English, Swedish is a merit

• live in Stockholm region

You will:

• represent the company, pitching our concept and networking

• have the overall responsibility for the company and oversee Finances, HR, Management, Operations, Sales

• build and lead the team for bringing the start-up to a scale-up

• work with the plants, learn about the product and further develop it with the manufacturer

• further develop the companies strategies

It is also a plus if you have:

• a strong network within real estate and/or facility services sector, office managers, or to young and fast-growing companies

• lead or participated in fundraising (ideally a fast growing startup)

• both startup & SMB/corporate experience

• an interest in interior design, employee well-being and employer branding as these are key sales aspects of the first product
