Business Development Specialist with a commercial mindset
TEGnology is a fast-growing deep tech company with an office located in Innovation house Alfa Laval, Søborg. We work with leading firms within different industries, such as machine manufacturers, maritime, smart cities, automotive, buildings etc. We focus on making a difference for the industry by reducing the complex challenge of powering industrial sensors to a simple and easy-to-use product that will enable IIoT beyond what it is capable of today.
We are now looking for an exceptional individual to play a key role in distributing our technology and products along with the rest of the team.
As our new Business Development Lead, your primary responsibility will be to ensure TEGnology’s sales and continued growth by leading and driving sales through generating new sales opportunities with various prospecting and account penetration strategies. In this, you will be the direct link between sales, product, and material units.

Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex information effectively
You are self-motivating, high on energy, and proactive
You speak Danish and English at a high level
You have +5 years of sales experience in IT/software and process industry
You will be one of two responsible for the different markets and will have colleagues working in product development, technical divisions, operation, and administration.
You will be measured based on growth in revenue. To support this journey, the rest of the organization will contribute by delivering leads from the target markets while, at the same time, you will be working on your own leads.
We are frequently participating and have boots-on events. Therefore, we expect you to contribute to fairs and events while also creating events for TEGnology. We support the sales organization in the different activities needed to grow the market.
A typical workday for you will include meetings with new and potential clients, follow-up meetings, and other activities that drive your sales opportunities forward. You will be responsible for generating sales, key accounts, and market responsibility, with a clear focus on new sales and market growth.
