After launching in April 2021, we are now ~1.5 years in to our journey and have grown into a team of 11 people, and since December 2021 grown our revenue by +10x. Having only been present in Sweden until now, we will launch internationally this fall and over the next 1-2 years aim to grow by x10-20.
Our key product innovations are adhesive paint samples (sv: Provark) which save 98% of the paint used when trying out colours for a room, and a new type of packaging for paint in the form of a transparent and recyclable paint bag.
The Operations Team at Klint are responsible for the fulfillment of orders, inventory management, and the production of our hand-painted sustainable adhesive paint samples. This comprises one of our 3 main business functions along with Growth and Product. Currently the team consists of 4 Junior Operations Associates working full-time, and 2 part-time. The responsibility of the team is two-fold, both maintaining a high level of on-time shipping and same-day shipping to provide our customers with the best possible customer journey, and to develop systems and processes to improve efficiency and gross margin to make sure we can continue to deliver to our customers in a cost-efficient way when growing 10-20x over the next 1-2 years.
We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead our entire operations, currently taking place in our warehouse north of Stockholm. The role reports to our CEO and will manage a growing team of 6 people.
Full responsibility for our entire operations
Manage a team of 6 employees (4 full-time, 2 part-time)
Budget responsibility for all costs relating to operations
Build the systems and processes that will enable us to grow 10-20x over the next 1-2 years
