No No No is looking for a customer service/marketing intern

Our service is an online consumer advocacy service – nonono.com – which helps American consumers resolve complaints with businesses.

We are looking for a customer service/marketing intern interested in working with startups. The internship is an unpaid position (the founders are also not picking up any salary atm) starting ASAP because we’re growing 15% week-on-week after a recent pivot. All genders with either Finnish or international backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

The duration could be 2-6 months and there is a possibility that if you execute well, you’ll be offered a paid position after the internship. 

You would be working in our Tampere office which is located on Platform6, a wonderful startup community and also the home of Tribe Tampere. 

Responsibilities

  • Responding to emails and sending follow-up emails

  • Updating data records

  • Data analysis

You will learn

  • Black belt customer service in an award-winning startup

  • Empathy and nonviolent communication

  • How customer service can be leveraged for marketing
