xNomad is a marketplace for popup stores that connects brands with unique retail & vacant pop up spaces.
There are at least 20.000 vacant spaces in Sweden right now and our goal is to fill these spaces with amazing pop up experiences. 1/12 spaces globally are estimated to be empty. Retail is currently going through a transformation and we at xNomad believe that pop-up is the future of retail. The work we do will revitalize and keep our city alive and buzzing.

The position
We are looking for a Head of Sales to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. As Head of Sales at xNomad you will be responsible for architecting and creating a sales strategy as well as building out a high performing sales team. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and leading & coaching the sales team to the next level. You
What you’ll do:
Conceptualize & create a strong value proposition
Create and nurture your own pipeline of potential brands and real estate firm to work with
Own your own and your sales teams budget
Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Maintain existing and build new partnerships which will improve xNomads proposition to customers
Keep an ear to the ground in order to understand current trends
Work closely together with our customers as well as the rest of xNomads organization in order to make sure we are offering the desired product
Act as a thought leader and build xNomads brand
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Who you are:
BSc/MSc in relevant field
A true hunter who gets the deal done
Past experience in leading and building a sales team
Past experience in helping scaling a company through series a-b
A digitally savvy individual used to working with a variety of tools such as MS Office, G Suite and Hubspot
Capable and confident speaking to venture capitalists, large brands, agencies and top notch property owners
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Quick to adapt to changing circumstances and can handle multiple projects simultaneously
