Data Analyst Intern at Innoflow

To achieve that, we need our software offerings to be fine-tuned, well designed and easy to use. On a daily basis, you will be working closely with our Tech Team and Design Team.

To become our new Data Analyst Intern, we will ask you to submit an anonymised, case-application. Working with the case will allow you to familiarise yourself with some of the tasks and challenges that you will face on the job.


Your key responsibilities

You will lead or contribute on one or more projects in the following areas:

  • Understand the business process, the systems that support the process, and the underlying data structures.

  • Understand the links between the various diverse systems, and to translate these links into technical queries to facilitate an end-to-end view of data across all systems.

  • Be able to translate a business request for data, information, metrics, measurement or analysis into a technical data requirement, and to draw a meaningful conclusion from the result.

  • To assist the team in optimizing processes by analyzing information to identify areas for improvement, proposing alternative solutions to address the problems, and delivering information to measure the outcome.

  • Automate the reporting function as far as possible to reduce the time spent working on repetitive tasks.

  • Support design, development, deployment, and maintenance of internal dashboards, including but not limited to operations, resourcing, and sales using tools including Power BI and Microsoft SQL Server Analysis/Reporting Services

  • Ability to work well within a team, partly in a virtual mode with remote resources

  • Flexibility and adaptability required

  • Maintain project timelines

  • Passionate about technology

  • Demonstrate the ability to translate a business requirement for information into Management Information which provides the business with true insight into the efficiency/effectiveness of the process.


The position is an unpaid full-time internship starting from September 2022. Depending on your educational schedule, your internship can also start from August. The Danish language is not a requirement for this position, but we expect you to be fluent in English. There is a possibility of working remotely, but we would be more than happy to welcome you to our beautiful and cool office in Christianshavn, Bådsmandsstræde 19b, 1407 KBH K. The office is only a 5-minute walk from Christianshavn metro station.


The recruitment Process

You can solve the case whenever it fits your schedule as long as it’s before the submission deadline. We will review the case solutions ongoingly and whether or not you are among the final candidates, you will receive feedback on your case solution. All case solutions are deleted once the recruitment process is complete.

If you are invited to go further in the process, we will ask you to complete a personality test before an interview.

Now the only thing left to do is to submit your application and you will get access to the case. The case is already in there ready to be solved! Your email will not be visible to us prior to the case assessment.

Submission deadline is the 25th of September 2022.
