We are looking for an iOS developer with Scrum Master who is passionate about pushing mobile technologies to the limits and who will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.

Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Scrum Master responsibilities:
Ensure Agile teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility
Shields team from interferences and removes impediments
Helps the team become self-managed and cross-functional
Fosters a team environment that encourages team members to both seek help from within the team and lean-in to help the team achieve sprint goals
Partner with Product Owner to manage backlog
Facilitates scrum/agile events
Work with team to identify capacity to ensure they can meet the sprint objectives
Participate in discussions related to trade-offs to bring in new work
Effectively use information radiators that help the team see information it needs to identify areas where they need to learn and grow and display process toward desired outcomes
Active participation in the maturation process of the Agile model and methodologies within the organization
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
At least 5 years’ experience working in a software development organization, preferably in an agile environment
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an iOS Developer with experience in developing mobile apps in Swift, and Xcode.
Deep understanding in end-to-end iOS development
Proven track record working with B2C mobile products, Implemented iOS libraries, SDK like Alamofire, Moya, Kingfisher, Realm, ObjectMapper PromiseKit, R.swift, SwiftLint, Firebase SDKs, Lokalise. Deployed apps using App Center
Proven working experience in software development
Working experience in iOS development
Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store
Deep familiarity with Objective-C and Cocoa Touch
Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of the complete mobile development life cycle.
Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting a team as a Scrum Master.
Skilled with Scrum, Lean and/or XP inspired practices required
Exposure with one or more Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, Kanban
Scrum Master Certification preferred
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Able to provide constructive criticism to team members.
Skilled in facilitation and mentoring skills.
Efficient in working within a team.
Self-Motived
Decent written and verbal English
The ability to communicate in Swedish is a plus.
Location: Stockholm
Assignment period: 6 months initially, with the possibility of extension
