Assignment description

We are looking for a proactive scrum master with a "Go getter" attitude - to join an assignment.

Background/business context

We are accelerating our digital transformation. In the Fixed and Mobile Convergence Tribe, we are building a new, modern and fast-paced software development organization with the mission to build a world class business support system for a smooth customer journey. To make this happen, we are working with some of the best build tools and the latest technologies.

Activities to be performed

The main responsibility is to lead the team and give them the possibility to deliver according to plan.

The person will be involved in defining and continuously improving the way that we work, both in the squad and how we work together in the tribe. We see that you have a good structure on how to plan and work according to agile practices. We also see that you need to have a problem-solving mindset, as you will have a spider in the web type of role, which you find inspiring and see as an opportunity to develop and challenge the status quo. This role also requires close cooperation with many different people within the organization, so communication is key for success in this assignment!

Competence requirements

Required:

• 4 years of experience as a scrum master

• Experience in being an ATL or similar, like Scrum Master or Agile Coach

• Knowledge about agile methodologies

• Expected to ensure good communication and coordination within a team and towards other teams and departments

• Track and improve velocity

• Able to produce delivery plans based on team velocity and input from all involved departments and teams

• Excellent planning skills

• Facilitate agile meetings and coach the team in an agile way of work

• Excellent team player

• Proactive

• English (a bonus if you can speak Swedish)

• Experience in working with IT projects

Preferred:

• Jira,

• Telco experience

• Project management or release coordinator experience
