xNomad is a marketplace for popup stores that connects brands with unique retail & vacant pop up spaces.
There are at least 20.000 vacant spaces in Sweden right now and our goal is to fill these spaces with amazing pop up experiences. 1/12 spaces globally are estimated to be empty. Retail is currently going through a transformation and we at xNomad believe that pop-up is the future of retail. The work we do will revitalize and keep our city alive and buzzing.

As a marketing intern, you will be involved in the development of the marketing, branding and communications strategy and you will provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing these strategies. Through this internship you will practice broad experience in the fields of marketing and communications and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
Be based in Stockholm and have overall responsibility for all marketing activities for all our Nordic markets
Manage and steer the performance of our day-to-day marketing activities
Work with internal teams and consultants to create outreach material
Think of new and exciting ways to help brands vizulize their pop-up experience.
Work closely with the Head of Growth to set overall strategy and targets for the market performance and development
Leverage data and analytics to optimise key metrics around customer acquisition.
Campaigns – Assist in the creation of signage, mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
Create and grow monthly CRM newsletters using Hubspot
Social Media - Monitor social channels and respond to feedback, questions, and concerns.
Assist CEO in content creation when required
Create and maintain tracking reports of digital and traditional marketing efforts
Seek and analyze competitor marketing material and digital content to come up with new creative marketing ideas
Manage PPC campaigns using Google Adwords
Create monthly reports measuring key KPIs for xNomad’s performance in sales and marketing
Who you are:
Entering your final year at university, alternatively a newly graduate with a BS/MS degree.
Based in Stockholm or possibility to commute to Stockholm daily
Ambitious and flexible problem solver: You aim high, adapt easily to rapid changing circumstances and find solutions to issues on the go
Fully hands-on and self motivated drive: You are keen to getting your hands dirty and closely emerging into the day-to-day operations and solve whatever challenge or opportunity emerges
Data driven and analytical mindset: You like working with numbers and derive your actions from them
Professional fluency in Swedish and English
