xNomad is a marketplace for popup stores that connects brands with unique retail & vacant pop up spaces.
There are at least 20.000 vacant spaces in Sweden right now and our goal is to fill these spaces with amazing pop up experiences. 1/12 spaces globally are estimated to be empty. Retail is currently going through a transformation and we at xNomad believe that pop-up is the future of retail. The work we do will revitalize and keep our city alive and buzzing.

The Position

As Real Estate Associate Intern has a wide variety of tasks that may change on a daily basis and short notice. You will work closely with the rest of the property and brand team to optimize the business development activities and streamline and increase efficiency. Responsibilities for this role include:
The position is based in our Stockholm office and the primary goal will be to extend our network of landlords and increase the number of available pop up spaces on our platform.
You will be responsible for our space pipeline, source vacant space in our primary markets, plan and execute outreach activities.
Work closely with the Head of Property to set overall strategy and targets for the market performance and plan and execute our expansion in the Nordic markets.
On-boarding landlords onto our platform, gathering learnings and feedback from landlords in order to improve the digital platform and the overall pop up process.
Help develop our platform and our offering to landlords in order to fit their current and future needs.
Work closely with our “brand managers” to match brand requirements to available spaces. Finding spaces to match requirements.
Maintaining and developing our relationship with landlords and provide customer support
Do what it takes to hit targets and deadlines, including proactive supply generation and finding creative ways to build a long term pipeline.
Who you are:
Entering your final year at university, alternatively a newly graduate with a BS/MS degree.
Based in Stockholm or possibility to commute to Stockholm daily
Ambitious and flexible problem solver: You aim high, adapt easily to rapid changing circumstances and find solutions to issues on the go
Fully hands-on and self motivated drive: You are keen to getting your hands dirty and closely emerging into the day-to-day operations and solve whatever challenge or opportunity emerges
Data driven and analytical mindset: You like working with numbers and derive your actions from them
Professional fluency in Swedish and English
