About me, Jonathan

The reason I get out of bed each morning is to help others succeed. It has defined my entire career and is why I assumed the leadership path swiftly after graduation. After a decade of leading analysts, deciding product, and developing business I turned the page and I hooked up with a Fredrik the superstar, CTO(aka, the hacker), to challenge the university institutionalization of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). My name is Jonathan Fransson, and I'm holding the CEO-role for Elevri (aka, the hustler).

• You are probably a current student, or a recent graduate, of marketing, economics, engineering, or business development. However, we believe in raw talent, so surprise us with why you should be our new CMO.

• You have some experience in making a sale.

• You know at least a thing or two about STEM students and are eager to learn much more.

In several sentences – Growth is not magic, it’s science and art. Together with me and Fredrik you take lead into shaping marketing and traction ideas into growth. By experimenting you find the best sales channels for us right now (there are 19 to choose from, but this you probably already know).

About the position and application

The dream trio for any tech-startup consist of the hustler (that's me), the hacker (that's Fredrik) and the hipster (that's you). Me and Fredrik are looking for someone who complete the team, so you are probably not a white, middle-age, straight dude (and tbh, we are not very hipster). But of course we are welcoming all applicants that know that true diversity comes from within (the heart and mind).
