The Brand Communications Manager is the guardian of the brand and will be responsible for ensuring that NAKED Copenhagen’s brand communication is aligned with the brand marketing strategy and creative direction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: all brand communication development to increase international brand awareness, deliver engaging content, and create value and performance for the brand.
Furthermore, be responsible for cultivating relationships with external stakeholders to drive storytelling around key launches and campaigns. The Brand Communications Manager will report to the Marketing Manager.
What the job entails:
Brand
Develop brand communication strategy, including setting, refining, and communicating brand guides, guidelines, vision, mission, and value proposition
Drive brand management strategies
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications and manage category performance
Identify actionable insights such as fashion trends, data, competitor’s media performance, and marketing trends
Identify talents and creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives to support global business growth
Communication
Drive brand communication and public relations
Develop and define the PR calendar
Build and maintain relationships with relevant press media on all channels, including offline, online and social media
Influencer Marketing
Manage Ambassador program, including identifying and pitching for potential ambassadors, defining activation calendar and relationship management
Manage PR Events - supporting with budget monitoring, negotiating costs, timeline management and management of all external parties (agency, influencers, press)
Develop and execute all public relations communications for all external stakeholders/partners
Take care of traditional, stationary events, e.g., meetings for influencers or with the press, but also the digital ones, organizing various online events, e.g., live broadcasts, podcasts with guests or meetings with authors on the Internet
Requirements
Preferably at least 3 years of PR and Communication experience in the global luxury fashion industry
Confident, enthusiastic and a talent for storytelling
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) are required
Organized in campaign management and detail-oriented
Passionate in events planning
Work experience in social media marketing is a bonus
Experience in/knowledge of the fashion/sneaker industry
Can work independently or as part of a team
Multitasking and working with tight deadlines
Available on a flexible schedule and willing to work outside “office hours”. For example, nights and weekends (as needed where applicable i.e., event or meeting project deadline). This may or may not be required regularly but is mandatory when needed
