About Goodwings:
Goodwings is a subscription-based hotel booking platform that makes it easy and affordable for businesses to have their travel emissions verifiably removed. Whether we like it or not, travel is still a central part of doing business, and while we’re not advocating for unnecessary travel, we want to make sure that if people need to travel for work, they can do it responsibly.
How it works:
When you book a hotel on Goodwings.com, we calculate your round-trip emissions, including transfers and meals, and remove them through verified carbon removal projects certified by VCS (Verified Carbon Standard), which the Rainforest Alliance also validates.
The role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic university student to help provide excellent customer service for our growing list of clients. You’re a fast learner who’s highly organized and service-minded, with excellent communication skills in English and Danish.
What you’ll be responsible for
Assisting customers with changes to their bookings over the phone
Replying to incoming emails to answer frequently asked questions
Escalating any technical issues to our IT department
Updating our customer database with information from public sources
Assisting with ad-hoc tasks throughout our small organization
What we’re looking for:
An excellent communicator with fluent written and verbal skills in English and Danish
Comfortable assisting global customers over the phone
Solutions-oriented and service-minded, always with a positive outlook
Able to prioritize across a number of different tasks
Comfortable working in an agile working environment - you adapt and react as needed
Highly organized
