We are looking for a music-loving Chief Operating Officer (COO) that will join us to form the company and build it to become something incredible. You will be a significant part of our crazy journey as co-founder, make crucial decisions, and create the product and business culture. You will be a core member and, together with the CEO, take our startup to the stars while helping millions of musicians on the way. You will be 2nd in command and build your own team of people how you see fit.

The COO's purpose is to ensure that the business operates to the best of its ability and that plans get executed. You will oversee our company's ongoing operations and procedures and be responsible for business efficiency.

You will control diverse business operations and lead the majority of the company. So if you have excellent people skills, are an efficient leader, do great with numbers, and have a marketing background, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

You'll need to be creative and quick on your feet. Since this is a startup, two days never look the same. However, you will be the key to making the company operate as smoothly as possible.

• Create and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures

• Set goals for performance and growth

• Oversee the company's daily operations and the executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance)

• Pitch for investors when fundraising with the CEO

• Find creative solutions

• Communicate matters of importance to the CEO

• Lead employees so they can perform as well as possible.

• Establish policies that promote company culture and growth

• Evaluate performances by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

• Participate in activities such as investments, acquisitions, and corporate alliances.

• Manage relationships with partners

Skills and requirements:

• Experience in relevant roles such as Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Director of Customer Success, Product Manager, or Sale and Operation Manager

• Understand business functions such as marketing, finance, and operation

• If you have music industry knowledge or passion for music, that's a huge plus.

• Practical competency in strategic planning and business development

• Experience in fundraising is a plus.

• Data analysis and performance knowledge

• Excellent leadership abilities

• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills

• A talent for decision-making and problem-solving
