As BD Analyst at EMerald Geomodelling, you will actively contribute to making us a truly global company. You will think and act globally and be part of a team that spearheads our international expansion. You will report directly to the director of business development, and your primary responsibilities will be:

• Research for new project opportunities from the assigned global markets

• Analyze and pre-qualify new identified project leads and communicate them to the team in the suitable format/tool

• Assist in other business development-related tasks, such as tender drafting, client meeting set up, and CRM system maintenance

Technical skills and qualifications that we are seeking

• Master student in applied economics, business analytics, entrepreneurship and innovation or similar

• Goal-oriented, analytical, and commercially minded with good communication skills

• A positive team player with the ability to also work independently when required

• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

• Fluent in English at a professional level, written and oral (Norwegian is NOT a requirement)

• Able to work 15-20 hours per week

You may be a very strong candidate if you (not a pre-requisite)

• Enjoy meeting new people and having an interest in other cultures

• Thrive when you get to think of new ideas and how to execute on them

• Have some level of knowledge in geotechnical engineering and/or geophysical exploration methods

• Have relevant working experience
