We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help us attract and hire engineering and product talent. In this role, you will develop and execute the most creative sourcing strategies targeting experts across the Americas and Europe. We are looking for proactive minds eager to re-shape the hiring experience and take the most challenging searches.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment, from sourcing to contract closure.

• Collaborate closely with our clients’ hiring teams to understand their hiring needs.

• Ensure talents have the best hiring experience, whether they are successful in their application or not.

• Coordinate recruitment workflow for each open role.

• Design outstanding sourcing strategies.

• Own all external communications in a job posting, media promotion, event attendance.

• Participate in internal process improvements and optimize the workload.

• Play the role of talent advisor, sharing markets insights with the key stakeholders.

Competences

• 3+ years of technical recruiting or sourcing experience.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).

• Track record of building relationships with engineering candidates.

• Solid understanding of the technical landscape.

• Experience in developing unique sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing.

• Ability to build strong and efficient relationships with key stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work well autonomously in a remote-first environment.
