We are now looking for a self-motivated, organized and business oriented person with a economics and/or medical background.

As the Customer operations specialist you will be in charge of Disior customer operations globally and you will be heading our after-sales activities of our 3D medical imaging software-Bonelogic®.   

Responsibility areas:  

• You will be heading Disior customer operations and after-sales activities.

• You will own Disior customer metrics and reporting.

• Working closely with quality, regulation and sales.

What we would hope from you:  

• You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a business or technology discipline or/and experience in MedTech and business development

• A business-driven mindset. You see value and opportunities in markets and you are capable of driving international operations.

• Fluent verbal, written and presentation skills in English. Other languages are a plus but not mandatory.

• Ideally, you would have some experience in sales development, customer success process, and/or key account management.  

• You are a self-starter, passionate about the impact doctors have on patient lives and the healthcare industry in general.
