We have recently joined forces with MySpeaker and we are now looking for an Operations Coordinator to help us grow to the next level!

About the role
As the operations coordinator you are the glue that holds together our training and coaching projects. Being able to create timelines, schedule meetings and trainings while shuffling multiple stakeholders and clients at once is your key responsibility.
You support the account managers and the trainers by visualising the products and timelines both for the team internally and the client externally. Here Google Sheets and Google Slides are your best friends.
You will hold yourself and your team accountable and set expectations with the client regarding each project. The team and trainers will support you with everything, so your job is to ask the right questions at the right time.
Client and team communication is the key to a successful project and thus you need to have good communication skills both with internal and external communication.
As different tools make your life easier - you are in charge of the team’s accounts and different tools. Experience in using project management tools such as Notion, Asana or Jira is seen as an advantage, but since we are a small team you are free to choose which tool and way of working is the best for you.
To summarise, your main responsibilities would be:
Project coordination both internally and externally
Make sure that all of our tools and processes with customers runs smoothly
Office administration (for example you get to be our 1-person party planning committee!)
Things we are looking for in a colleague:
A shared passion for learning, self-development and continuous improvement
Inner drive and entrepreneurial can-do attitude
Strong project management and coordination skills
Comfortable working with Google G-Suite, Miro, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Finnish and English
Working with training / coaching / events industry is considered a plus
Fluent Finnish (at a mother tongue level) is mandatory for this role as we work a lot with Finnish companies that prefer to communicate in Finnish
