We have recently joined forces with MySpeaker and we are now looking for our Head of Corporate Training Products to seize the next growth opportunities with us!

About the role

The Head of Corporate Training Products is a product management and product leadership role: you would essentially operate as the “CEO” of all of our training services that we offer to our clients.

You would be working closely with our CEO Anssi Rantanen on the product strategy & vision and would also get your hands dirty and execute on our co-created vision and plan.

 

We are a B2B sales organisation that works with mid-sized and large corporations. The products that we currently offer are:

  • Keynote speaking and inspirational talks

  • Workshops and training that range from 4-hours to 3-4 days (this is where your focus would mainly be)

  • Group coaching projects that last from a few weeks to 6 months (this is also where your focus would be)

 

We are currently in the process of building our new product offering and scalable business structure and owning and growing this new offering would be your number one task.

Product quality (NPS) and profitability would also be something that you focus on.

 

To summarise, your main responsibilities would be:

  • Co-creating the product vision with the CEO Anssi Rantanen

  • Implementation and testing of the new products and services and validating that they add value to our customers

  • Working closely with account managers and customers in order to deeply understand where we add value and how we could improve our products and services further

  • Measurement of product effectiveness through NPS and other tools

  • Following the profitability of the products

 

You would be working closely with a great and ambitious team, so you would not be alone in all of this!

 

Things we are looking for in a colleague: 

  • A shared passion for learning, self-development and continuous improvement → this is really important because it’s what we sell!

  • Inner drive and entrepreneurial can-do attitude

  • 3-8 years of experience with product management and/or experience as a trainer / coach / consultant working with corporates

  • Experience with change management and consulting is considered a plus

  • Experience with digital transformation / agile transformation is considered a plus

  • Experience with training / coaching / events industry is considered a plus

  • Fluent English and possibly Finnish skills. We have an international team and our official language is English, but some clients appreciate the contact in Finnish.
