We have recently joined forces with MySpeaker and we are now looking for a Marketing Manager to seize the next growth opportunities with us!

About the role
As Marketing Manager your job would be to plan and lead our marketing efforts from end-to end. You’d be working very closely with our CEO Anssi Rantanen on the strategy and would also need to get your hands dirty and execute on your plan.
We are a B2B sales organisation that targets mid-sized and large corporates. Therefore the main goals of marketing are:
Leadgen → this is the most important thing!
Position ourselves as thought leaders (branding, positioning etc.)
Create content that helps sales (gated content, white papers etc.)
In Q3 and Q4 you would be primarily responsible for all our marketing efforts (with a budget to outsource certain tasks if needed) but soon we would like to see you start developing and building your own team.
Your main responsibilities would be:
Leadgen: this is really the number one metric that we’re looking at!
We’ve historically done a lot of webinars, gated content and automated outreach in order to build our sales pipeline
Co-creating marketing strategy and plan with CEO
Implementing the plan: setting up webinars and email funnels, building landing pages, setting up Google Ads campaigns, creating marketing content that helps in sales
You can also outsource any of the aforementioned in order to focus more on your personal strengths
Things we are looking for in a colleague:
A shared passion for learning, self-development and continuous improvement
Inner drive and entrepreneurial can-do attitude
3-7 years of experience with B2B marketing
Working with training / coaching / events industry is considered a plus
Fluent English and possibly Finnish skills. We have an international team and our official language is English, but some clients appreciate the contact in Finnish.
