We are on the hunt for an amazing Implementation Engineer in London (hybrid position) to help our customers implement our SaaS products and ensure they get the most out of their software investment.
At Accutics, we help global companies make more data-driven decisions with the help of data collection and governance. Our customers are well-known businesses that use Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics as their web analytics tools, as well as several bespoke solutions.
As an Implementation Engineer, you will play a key role in onboarding customers to the Accutics platform to ensure they get off to a good start. Alongside a team of project managers and solution architects, you will learn everything you can about the inner workings of the Accutics platform, and use this to implement the best solutions to meet customer needs.

Here's what we'd like you to focus on:
Collaborate with the Sales team and solution architects to deliver the planned implementation in the Accutics platform
Understand and troubleshoot connections between the Accutics platform and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics
Conduct platform training sessions to help all users get the maximum value from our products
Develop and maintain helpful documentation around onboarding & technical setup
Support customers who have been onboarded alongside a team of project managers & solution architects
Recommend new approaches to the Accutics setup when opportunities present themselves
Help to upsell new Accutics platforms and services and surface these opportunities to the Sales team
Advocate for our customers to our internal stakeholders and share valuable account insights with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Customer feedback is an important part of our product development, and your insights will play a key role in creating new features and services
Minimum 2 years experience from a similar customer-facing role (consultant / customer success / client advisory), ideally from the B2B space or the media agency/consultancy environment
A good understanding of analytics data and experience with working in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or both
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization and partner up successfully with multiple stakeholders
A passion for working independently, being organized, and meeting deadlines
Experience working with and building successful relationships with cross-functional teams
Innate curiosity about new technologies
