GreenMobility is looking for a City Manager in Malmo with a strong commercial profile while also handling our business on an operational level.

The City Manager will be responsible for the daily business in Malmo and coordinate closely with the headquarter in Copenhagen on increasing the commercial aspect of our Malmo business, optimization in the operation, marketing activities, local partnerships, and similar tasks. The City Manager reports directly to the Group COO in Copenhagen.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the management of the company’s locations in Malmo through first-class commercial understanding and execution, fleet operation, further development of company processes, and optimization and utilization of our vehicles

• You are responsible for recruiting, leading, motivating, and developing the local team

• You are responsible for supervising local partnerships and developing cooperation with workshops, service companies, and commercial partners among others

• You are responsible for creating a fun, enjoyable, collaborative, and energetic work culture

Qualifications:

• Experience from a startup is desirable

• Experience in business development, commercial excellence, operations management, and fleet support

• You have a high degree of initiative, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and drive

• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and set an example for your team

• You have knowledge of the mobility industry or are very interested in e-mobility

• You have excellent Swedish and English skills
