What we're looking for

We are looking for a talented individual to help our customers get the best experience possible of multiple consumer-facing channels, content posting & monitoring (IG, Twitter, Discord), and inventory/shipping management. Essentially, someone who is well organized and diligent.

What you will do:

• Advise customers on inquiries, complaints, and comments made through various channels.

• Provide service that is fast, effective, flexible, and customer-obsessed... because you are Awesome!

• Know Rens products (both Physical & Metaverse) in detail and support customers on specific queries, customer journeys, requests, and especially patient support in helping customers who are new to Web3.

• Handle order management, processing, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate has/is:

• Excellent written and oral communication in English (no Finnish required)

• Knowledge of Web3 (Layers, NFTs, Metaverse, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, etc.)

• A natural problem-solver with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• A solution-oriented mindset and customer-oriented attitude

• A friendly, professional, and outgoing demeanor

• Organized and self-sufficient

• Skilled in the use of Zendesk and/or other CRM platforms

• Flexibility to take Weekend Shifts (if needed and with OT salary)

It would be a plus if you also have:

• Fluency in other languages, especially Chinese or/and Korean or/and Vietnamese or/and Finnish or/and Spanish

• Previous working experience in Web3

• Experience in being a Meme Lord ╮ (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.) ╭

• Background in marketing/ customer communications/ logistics and supply chain

• Fluent usage of various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Discord)

• A strong willingness to learn and expand your skills
