As we are building our sales organization, we're looking for Account Executives who will be key in building the sales department along with the two founders Eirik and Andreas. In this role you will be working on the entire sales process, gathering leads, setting meetings and closing new business for your own pipeline.
This is a unique opportunity to (1) work your way up to a full closing role, (2) help design an efficient sales process, and (3) collaborate with the founders and product team in building a great tech company from an early stage. At Wrepit you will join a fun team who will value your insight and opinions. The role is based in Oslo, Norway and reports to our Head of Sales and CEO, Andreas Orsten.
Prospecting and finding clients for new business
Scheduling and holding sales meetings and demos
Managing multiple stakeholders and navigating the sales process
Closing new business
Bringing fresh ideas to the table and collaborating internally on anything from sales process and sales tactics, to suggesting ideas to Product. We work as a team, and we value your opinion!
2+ years of sales experience, ideally with former SDR experience from a startup and/or tech company.
Personal drive. You get the job done without a lot of instruction, and work independently. You organize well and drive hard to close deals.
Grit. You aren’t deterred by “no”, and drive on regardless acknowledging that there are new opportunities to be had. You are comfortable picking up the phone.
Customer focus and integrity. You seek to understand the customer’s needs, and understand that in addition to selling a high quality solution, our reputation is vital for customers to trust us.
Collaborative. We are still a small team. Your opinions are valued, as is your ability to accept advise.
Bachelor’s degree
Fluent in Norwegian and English
Familiar with tools like Hubspot (or other CRM systems), and lead generation tools.
Flexible hours, core time between 09 and 15.
