We are now expanding the sales team with 5 additional talents. If you are interested in SaaS (software as a service) sales and guiding clients in how to create a healthier workforce, enhance communication and build a strong culture then this is the perfect role for you.
In your roles as a sales manager for health transformations you will be focusing on a few targeted larger businesses (+2500 employees) in your target markets to sell the Sprintcrowd platform and its content.
Responsibilities
Identity and target larger organizations in your relevant market.
Liaise with product develop on continues improvements of the platform based customer feedback.
Engage with multiple stakeholders in your target accounts to build relationships.
Identify and target key decisionmakers for you target accounts.
Interact with the marketing team to drive marketing activities for your target accounts.
Identify and document buying criteria with customer.
Adhere to the Sprintcrowd sales process.
Host customer presentations and demos together with presales.
Prepare proposals.
Negotiate contracts and deal closing.
Act as client lead once deal is closed to grow and expand user base at client.
Maintain excellent client satisfaction and contract renewals.
You have
A proven track record in B2B sales in the enterprise segment for services or SaaS.
A passion for transformative change and people performance.
The ability to work independently and are able to work remotely.
Are excited to work for a fast growing start-up and help shape the future.
