Pangara started in 2016 and has since built a marketplace for freelancers in countries with strong economic growth (emerging markets) and global customers. In addition to the parent company in Sweden, Pangara is established in Vietnam with a strong network of pre-qualified freelancers in software development. Today, we have a strong consulting business with Swedish customers and a high ability to find people with skills that are hard to find both in Sweden and internationally. We are now ready to grow and develop the consulting business with new business models and markets.
Pangara is an innovation company. As CEO, you will run and develop the company with a focus on customers and their needs. Important choices when going forward will be about which customers we should focus on, what the offer should look like and what we should not do. A large part of the job will therefore be to nurture and learn from existing customer relationships, but also to create new relationships and business opportunities and translate the insights from this into developing, evaluating and improving business models for increased scalability and growth. You will also lead the team in Sweden and Vietnam and be responsible for the daily operational work.
Experience of consulting sales
Experience of project management and/or personnel management
Thrives to work in a dynamic and changing environment with high demands on flexibility and results
Ability and willingness to take great personal responsibility and to work independently
Speaks and writes fluently in English, if also in Swedish it is an advantage
Experience in entrepreneurship is an advantage
Start: As agreed, preferably no later than 2022-10-01
