Responsibilities
Be in charge of sales through all of our channels (online and offline)
Manage pre-sales and post-sales processes and maintenance with commercial famers
B2B focused sales
Manage demand planning with Operations, Sales, and Logistics
Manage supply chain of our products
Manage CRM systems
Customer service and support
Have a technological understanding of sensory systems
Develop commercial goals and objectives in support of the company vision. Metrics must measure progress and include action plans that improve efficiency.
Establish strategic imperatives & initiatives in order to ensure the fulfilment of business requirements and to optimize business performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years’ management experience in Sales and Commercial Operations
Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and payment services such as Amazon, Shopify, Woocommerce and more
Deep understanding of B2B sales
Proficient in digital marketing
Strong analytic skills with the ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers and lead positive change
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team
Experience leading or managing projects of various size, duration and scope
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a team
Ability to translate strategy into business objectives.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
Reliable, responsive, attentive to detail
Action and results oriented
