EasyPark for Business solution helps drivers remove their pains in expense reporting their parking costs, while helping their employers to save cost and minimizing parking expenses related administration effort. In essence, EasyParks help companies to save cost and increase their productivity by taking care of all parking related hassles. 


The Role As BNPL Product Manager

Mission

To enable and maintain a scalable B2B payment solution in every relevant market while providing the customer with relevant expense data. This lays the foundation for catering to large enterprises, new markets, and strategic partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Defining the overall invoice and Direct Debit (DD) strategy (roadmap, OGSP planning)

  2. Managing existing invoice and DD partners

  3. Defining the overall dunning and Debt Collection Process

  4. Invoice design and compliance

  5. Payment vendor selection, commercial negotiation and management

  6. Central project management for service/maintenance roll-outs

  7. Central project management for business development

  8. Internal stakeholder management (CC, B2B/C, Marketing, Finance)

  9. Work with dedicated back-end development team for delivery


The Role As Product Manager 

  1. Define products that solve real user problems and meet business needs

  2. Ensure product discovery takes place to understand and address user needs and problems and to ensure that products and features that are selected to build are valuable (will people buy it, or choose to use it?), and viable (will this solution work for the various dimensions of our business?)

  3. Own the product life cycle, including an understanding of when it is necessary to sunset relevant functionality/services/products

  4. Develop deep product domain knowledge and be the go-to expert of the product/s

  5. Be the product’s Number One Evangelist 

  6. Communicate product evolution outside of the product team

  7. Manage expectations with stakeholders 

  8. Manage go-to-market strategies and rollout of new features

  9. Align with other PM:s/PA:s/teams/functions as needed 

  10. Gather requirements, input, bug reports and feedback and share with team

  11. Share knowledge, insights or expertise on e.g. the business, the product or the competitive landscape to contribute to a learning environment 

  12. Act as the Product Owner as part of the agile team/s

  13. Maintain a prioritized product backlog and roadmap that considers both functional and non-functional aspects to build and maintain a product and platform that meet user and business needs, is secure, stable and scalable

  14. Ensure there are metrics/KPIs and processes to follow up on the success of deliveries/features and the core product/s

  15. Represent the product team in the quarterly planning process

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • 2-3 years of general payment experience either on the merchant or payment provider side (Required)

  • End to end or partial scope of BNPL (buy now and pay later) management under B2B context (Highly Preferred)

  • Experience with vendor management, RFI/RFP (prefered)

  • Project management experience

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English is a must

  • Certified scrum product owner is a plus

  • Location: Stockholm (preferred), Amsterdam, Basingstoke/London


The position will require occasional on-call support after-business hours and travels to offices in other countries.
