Are you our new Marketing Intern?

Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills while being a part of a meaningful mission? Would you like to contribute with your everyday work in order to improve the quality of hiring processes as well as education by removing conscious and unconscious bias - putting upfront the talent that all people have?

Please note, that we are looking for interns to start in 2023, as well as 2022. If you have not secured your internship for the upcoming semester in Autumn 2022, reach out to us to speed up the process. 

Initially, we do not need your resume and you do not need to spend time writing an application. We ask you to anonymously solve a relevant case, i.e., a professional assignment that allows you to show your abilities, regardless of your background - we believe that everyone has talent and would like to give everyone the opportunity to show it! We expect that the case will take 30-60 minutes to resolve, which is roughly equivalent to the time it takes to write a tailor-made motivated application. A case which will give you insights into the tasks that come with joining our team.

Let’s move on to your role. As a Marketing Intern, we expect you to be passionate about the development and creation of different marketing and digital concepts. The recommended skills and competencies for you to make the most out of this internship are:   

• Experience within Marketing Management, Communication or Concept Development 

• Experience in using Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Canva or similar

• Good communication and English-writing skills 

• A good understanding of different marketing strategies and approaches 

• Critical thinking

• Knowledge about current and emerging marketing trends 

• Ability to work independently 

• Ability to multitask 

It is not crucial whether you have certain educational qualifications, if you have x-amount of years experience or if you prefer oat milk in your coffee. If you think that you’ve got the skills to succeed in this internship, then we encourage you to apply.

• Real-life application of marketing theories and models 

• B2B Customer Journeys

• Marketing Automation Tools 

• Lead Scoring

• E-mail Marketing

• Content creation

The position is an unpaid full-time internship starting from August or September 2022, depending on your educational schedule. The Danish language is not a requirement for this position, but we expect you to be fluent in English. There is a possibility of working remotely, but we would be more than happy to welcome you to our beautiful and cool office in Christianshavn, Bådsmandsstræde 19b, 1407 KBH K. The office is only a 5-minute walk from Christianshavn metro station.  

The recruitment process

You can solve the case whenever it fits your schedule as long as it’s before the submission deadline. We will review the case solutions ongoingly and whether or not you are among the final candidates, you will receive feedback about your case solution. All case solutions are deleted once the recruitment process is complete.

Based on the case solution, selected candidates will be invited for a personal interview, and asked to take a TT-38 personality test. 

Now the only thing left to do is to click the "Sign up" button, create a password, follow the e-mail flow and then go to the case page in the platform. The case is already in there ready to be solved! Your email will not be visible to us prior to the case assessment. Please be aware, before signing up, that there might be minimum requirements such as location and certifications – in that case, it is stated on the landing page.
