dibz.se is looking for a senior/mid-level Backend Developer to strengthen our team. You will be a part of a fast-growing startup, work closely with the CTO to drive innovation and change.

Your opinion will always matter in how to drive the business forward and best achieve objectives and key results.
On a day-to-da basis, you will:
Work closely with all stakeholders, including Frontend, UX/UI, Marketing, third party partners etc.
Improve current product, developing new features to delight and attract new users.
Automate processes, monitoring, and alarming to reduce maintenance and manual labor.
Make sure that the business has the data and business intelligence needed to make the right decisions.
Be a part of the core-team that will build and release a new product EOY 2022.
You're a curious problem solver and team player.
You like to work with tasks that includes a lot of business logic.
You’re the person in the room that convert a business case/opportunity to a scalable and future proof implementation.
You enjoy guiding and mentoring more junior developers as well as helping out to review their work.
You’re a doer that aren’t afraid to set up and improve processes, way of working etc.
You have 2+ years of handson experience in production environments.
You are a solid Python developer that know the best practices.
You have experience of application development and API-development
Practical experience in Cloud Computing, specifically AWS (one of the big three platforms is sufficient).
You have extensive knowledge of database schemas, best practice, and efficient queries (MySQL & NoSQL).Â
You have experience in Docker & CI/CD
You have experience in writing tests
Experienced in Git (GitFlow)
You have great communications skills, both orally and in writing.
Fluency in English required, Swedish is a plus
