Martin Key was founded in 2015. We have our target set out to become the Swedish fashion house, known world-wide for its uncompromising designs, handcrafted to perfection by true masters of their trade. Our signature pieces are the customised leather jackets that we make in our own factory in the forests of Malung in Dalarna - Sweden. 

We never take shortcuts in our creations and for the products in our collections that we cannot produce ourselves we make sure to find the best possible manufacturers. Our shoes and sneakers are made in a small factory outside Verona in Italy, owned by a third generation of shoemakers that work tirelessly to get all the details right every time. Our combination of requirements and extremely limited production series is a tall order for any manufacturer, so we find partners that share our passion for perfection and from that common ground, we build strong relationships.

• The position will initially be based as an intern level. However as soon as both you and we know that you are the right person for the job, you will be offered a renumeration package that will be a combination of a market-oriented salary and/ or stock option in the company.

We believe in talented people and as an intern you will be a part of the entire process of conceptualising, developing, creating and selling our collections. We are a small team, and everyone is on some level involved in all aspects of the process. 

Who we hope you are: 

• Student or graduate from a Bachelor or Master programme in Fashion Marketing or Fashion Management. Alternatively you have experience from or true passion for working with fashion or customer service oriented jobs such as the hotel business.

• You have to be fluent in both Swedish and English. 

• Can work independently, dare to ask questions.

• Well organised, detail oriented and you get things done. 

• Have a passion for fashion, craftsmanship and local production. 

Experience is important, but even more so are your ambitions. If you believe in our statement and are ready to work for it, then you will have huge impact on our business. The position is based in Stockholm with possibilities for an immediate start. However, for the right person we are flexible both on the timing, work location, work hours, and terms for the position. When you are ready to move, we of course see it as beneficial that you come and work from our office at Stureplan in Stockholm.
