Hollbium is an impact start-up that combines Scandinavian design, sustainable food supply and people well-being. We bring nature indoors, by growing edible plants in your workspace and other urban spaces. Since 2018, we are developing hydroponic systems and rent them to businesses.

The Hollbium Loop, a smart IoT farm, transforms your walls into sustainable farmland without taking up floor space. Through minimalistic design, we’ve created an automated and self-sufficient solution that elevates the interior design of any space. Our circular subscription-model is a hassle free way for businesses to create more sustainable and healthy environments for their employees and tenants. Who: We’re looking for someone who wants to scale our business and take our passionate & self-driven team to the next level. Short-term, the top priority will be business development and sales activities as well as fundraising
We are primarily searching for the right person more than the right skillset!
To succeed and compliment the team, we believe you:
can work with long-term and short-term goals
have hands-on B2B sales experience
speak English and Swedish is a merit
live in Stockholm region
are curious and wants to learn
believe in sustainable development, food resilience and circularity
are solution oriented and continuously driving forward
are great at communication and storytelling
It is also a plus if you have:
a strong network within real estate and/or facility services sector, office managers, or to young and fast-growing companies
lead or participated in fundraising (ideally a fast growing startup)
both startup & SMB/corporate experience
an interest in interior design, employee well-being and employer branding as these are key sales aspects of the first product

Compensation: Cofounder equity, salary after funding round
