Will you be our new finance manager?

POS ONE is a SaaS company. We sell software solutions for the retail industry – through our in-house developed POS system with integration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

We are currently 20 employees.

We are looking for a full-time finance manager.

As a finance manager at POS ONE, you will handle all tasks related to financial operations of the company. You will work with bookkeeping, reconciliations, liquidity budgets, KPIs and reporting to the board of directors and the management team.

Your tasks as a finance manager will be:

• Processing invoices – inbound and outbound.

• Expense- and travel settlement.

• Payroll management. VAT reports, reconciliation and payments.

• Bank payments and reconciliation.

• Monthly depreciations and maintenance of fixed assets register.

• Month- and year-end closing. (Accruals, provisions, reconciliations, etc.).

• Update monthly reporting based on predefined templates (as well as further development of these).

• Budget and forecast.

• Liquidity management and liquidity overview.

• Ad hoc tasks (financial analysis, process / IT improvements, contracts, etc.).
