We are looking for a business coach & coordinator to ensure top-quality client deliveries from start to finish. You will become part of an exciting journey to build a business with international reach. We are really changing how startups are guided to success: Team co-creation with immediate results, applying a Nordic approach to leadership. For us, this means flat hierarchies, trust, and transparency.

The role

As a coach and coordinator, you will be a front figure to our clients. You will work closely with the founder to ensure client satisfaction and become an expert in our scaling tools and approach. The job entails customer enrollment and onboarding, workshop sessions, customer support, coordination, planning, and customer feedback handling.

You will also be responsible for implementing efficient delivery processes and documenting best practices such as a trainer's handbook. Lastly, you will post on our social media channels as we communicate actively from the field to showcase hands-on client work and tools.

The job starts as a full-time paid internship for the first 3 months.

Who we think you are 😊 💪

We are looking for a flexible, responsive, and well-structured person who loves to organize and coordinate. Juggling many tasks at once both high and low is not a problem. You are a “people first” person and love what we do: Making people work together for the best outcome. You are comfortable presenting and creating communicative materials as well as training others to excel.

We believe you have work experience (min 6 to 12 months) within projects, operations, business analytics, digital products, or other relevant areas. You have graduated or are currently studying for a degree in tech, product design, marketing, business, or communication.

You must be fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. Social media and verbal communication are part of your daily life, and you are digitally savvy. Lastly, you are genuinely interested in building a business that works.

Our founder Maria is enthusiastic and straightforward, combining a strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach. Think Finnish with a temper, trained in Swedish-style collaboration paired with an American way of driving for business results.

We work well in a distributed setting but also value onsite work. We will be working mainly out of an office in Stockholm.
