We are looking for a highly-motivated Technical Writer Intern to join our team. 

Are you excited about robotics, automation, vertical farming, and digitalization? Are you eager to understand complex systems and break them down to easy to understand bits and pieces? Are you excited about sharing or presenting your work? If you can answer yes to these questions, this position is for you! 

Founded in 2018, Seasony was founded with the belief that robotics is the keys to a future of vertical farming. Our goal is to enable vertical farming to be profitable, scalable, efficient, and pave the way for a sustainable agricultural transformation. 

You will primarily be responsible for assisting the technical team in creating and updating all documentation, user manuals, and how-to guides. You will collaborate with the team to learn about technical documentation and concepts and figure out how to simplify technical information into easy-to-understand text. 

As an intern, you will have the following duties and responsibilities: 

You are eager to learn or have experience with the following duties and responsibilities 

• Collaborate with the technical writing team to get a basic understanding of the documentation requirements and specifications 

• Learn about technical documentation and concepts adopted by our company 

• Brainstorm with the development team to figure out how to simplify technical information for end-users 

• Edit and proofread all technical documents before submitting them to the editors or your supervisors 

• Assist in creating high-quality documentation, guides, manuals, and tutorials 

• Review and update documentation when required 

To join our team as a Technical Writer Intern, you should comply with the following requirements: 

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in English, Information Management, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field 

• Proficiency in written and verbal English 

• Familiarity with technical concepts and the subject matter – robotics and automation 

• Knowledge of software languages, development models, and tools is a plus
