We have created a sports brand for people that are tired of the status quo and want to take matters into their own hands. We have generated an international sports business with customers, influencers, and partnering NGOs around the globe and are ready to scale our operation even further.
Our current EU and US sales team will need assistance to fuel this growth, and this is where you come into the picture!
We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic & driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and be responsible for lead generation and sales development.
Daily follow-up and sales closure on direct-to-consumer requests.
Building good client relationships and handling customer support calls.
Building our B2B sales funnel by generating leads via cold calling, emailing, reach outs, and other lead generation activities.
Ensuring qualified leads and booking sales meetings with B2B and NGO clients
Building and maintaining our NGO partnership program, screening and forwarding relevant clients to seek funding opportunities.
Maintaining and updating the lead generation database, automation sales funnels, e-mail marketing, and other lead-generating activities.
Maintaining and updating sales enabling content, price lists, invoices, and making offers.
Working closely together with both our in-house social-media and marketing team and our external paid media partners to generate engaging content that drives the lead generation activities.
Achieving weekly/monthly targets.
You have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing. It could be a previous sales role, telemarketing, customer support, real estate, or other consumer-facing roles.
You are not afraid of answering calls, and requests and working after hours, due to the nature of our international customer base.
You have watched the WOLF OF WALLSTREET at least 5 times
Experience in customer service and relationship building is highly desirable.
You enjoy online video calls and meetings, getting in front of a camera, sending videos, and talking to customers across various platforms and media
You are very self-driven have excellent communication & interpersonal skills, you are outgoing and optimistic.
You are structured, well organized, and like to follow up on customers' daily inquiries.
You are comfortable with using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
You want to win, and you are not afraid of sales targets.
You are proactive, willing to learn and a strong team player.
