We have an opening for a Sales Operation Specialist!
We are looking for a world-class Sales Operation Specialist to proactively drive growth through operational efficiency throughout the sales funnel. You will contribute to ensure aligned interactions between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and making sure every initiative across the funnel has a measurable impact.
You are the master of analytics and insight and will support Sales in the understanding of pipeline, forecasts, and other KPIs by generating the required reports, analysis, and insights. Guide our Sales team towards better visibility and increased predictability by maintaining data integrity. Help optimize our CRM to serve as a single source of truth to measure and analyse what works and what doesn’t. You enjoy solving complex and unstructured problems which will enable you to successfully identify and remove roadblocks in the customer journey, enabling Sales and the rest of the go-to-market teams to move faster.
Candidate Requirements & Attributes:
Proven experience in a (Revenue/Sales/General) Operations role in a fast-growing technology company. Demonstrated understanding of SaaS go-to-market models, sales enablement roles, business metrics, and growth best practices.
Experience and track record of successfully implementing, administering, and managing Sales Operations and enablement processes and tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Self-motivator with strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
An ambitious - and kind - relationship builder.
Fluency in professional English.
University Degree of a Bachelor’s level.
