BetaDwarf Entertainment is looking for a passionate producer to join us on our mission to cure loneliness through games. Our latest released game Minion Masters is a unique RTS with deck-building mechanics. The game is currently in Live Ops stage and we’re expanding the team to build an exciting new mobile version of the game. The role of producer will be central in driving our processes and workflows in order to deliver a world-class gaming experience.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excels when working in a team and understands how to motivate and bring out the best in individuals. You will report to our Executive Producer and be responsible for our day-to-day operations, ensuring on-time delivery of a multiplayer mobile title within the given priorities and quality. You will act as the main stakeholder in driving forward the delivery of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Development team

• Create, maintain and track goals, tasks and schedules

• Planning and syncing meetings

• Execute and deliver on the creative vision and the set Milestone Plan

• Handle any potential outsourcing from a to z

• Interface with our platform partner to deliver the best experience for their players

• Proactively optimize and maintain a smooth pipeline in production

• Assist developers with administrative, planning and organizational tasks as necessary.

• Create a development environment to make us the most efficient Dwarves!

Requirements:

• A passion for games

• You have a deep understanding of the production process and working with creative and technical teams

• You have worked as a producer on core mobile games

• You have worked with existing projects and have a knack for jumping into the deep end

• You have experience in managing external and outsourcing partners 

• Highly Empathetic and able to motivate a diverse group of Dwarves

• Deep knowledge of project management methods and tools

• A structured individual that can find patterns in chaos

• Being calm and deliberate in a highly dynamic development environment

• Ability to communicate effectively and frequently with developers, leadership and external partners.

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Efficient Dwarf wrangler

• A powerful sense of responsibility and passion for creating the best product

Pluses:

• Experience from AAA games

• Experience shipping multiple game titles

• Experience with working with remote and international teams

• Experience working in a collaborative team environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously

• Experience with F2P and Analytics

• Agile development experience, certifications (SCRUM, Kanban, Prince2, …)

• Not afraid to go out of comfort zone and responsibility area to help the team execute where it’s most needed

• Experience with Monday, Jira or similar tools

• Grand Master Minion Masters player.
