Junior Sales Executive

As a B2B sales Executive, You are responsible for identifying high growth potential “E-commerce companies”. You will be responsible for opening the sales funnel and closing sales together with our CSO. Our aim is to make you part of our success journey and contribute to our continuous growth.

Job responsibilities

  • Identify new leads and opportunities among e-commerce companies through targeted market research and analysis.

  • Identifying e-commerce companies that have a clear and well established goal to achieve Sustainability targets.

  • Take responsibility for identifying, acquiring and follow-up with “Customers” who can add value to our vision and success.

  • Ensure that we master the whole sales process from prospecting, cold calling, closing deals, account management and networking

  • Providing a delightful customer experience, regardless of deal outcome

  • Building informal rapport with contacts to encourage long term relationships

  • Forecast and set goals according to organisational targets

  • Work with the sales team in developing a structured sales framework with Pipedrive CRM system.

  • Be part of our mission to make FRAAKT “top priority” for e-commerce companies to manage in-bound logistics.


Who are you?

  • At least 1 year experience in B2B sales with cold calling, telephone prospecting and using social media to build network

  • Experience of working with a CRM platform like Hubspot, Pipedrive etc.

  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others

  • Adequate knowledge of logistics and contract terms in logistics to make fair and open contracts

  • Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English is Mandatory

  • Knowledge of Danish or Finnish is an added advantage.

It doesn't matter if you don't have all the above mentioned requirements as long as you are a crazy hustler ready to join a team spread over two continents, a combination of different cultures.
