Our new colleague will be based out of our Aalborg hub. We offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from home, but we expect you to be present at the Aalborg hub every week.

Every day is different, but your primary responsibilities are:

  • Sparring partner on all People & Organizational matters for specific functions in the organization. We work as business partners for specific functions, as we believe that the vcloser we are, the more value we can create.

  • Proactively identify, facilitate and support organizational development initiatives.

  • Drive succession management and hiring in close collaboration with hiring managers.

  • Lead our student assistants and colleagues in the kitchen at the Aalborg Hub.

  • Be an active contributor to maintaining and developing the Trackunit Way (you can download the slideshow on our career site).

  • Ad hoc, global porjects like digitalizing onboarding, ideating new ways of engaging the organization, experimentation, co-creation of events, and executing on indeas you might have.

Who are you?

  • You have been a trusted sparring partner on People and Organization matters to businesses for more than 10 years.

  • You master all elements of the People Toolbox and excel at hiring at all levels.

  • You are known to always advise colleagues with care, honesty and integrity.

  • You bring forward ideas to improve ways of working.

  • If you excel in designing and delivering virtual and in-person workshops, you have an advantage.

  • You know how to build processes and approached for scale, as we are a growing organization.

  • You are informal, approachable, and always up for a good laugh.

Overview of the recruitment process

  • Meet and greet - likely on a virtual call. Here you will meet me and one of your potential new colleagues.

  • Personally-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment (we use Hogan) prior to the interview. In the interview, you will first of all get feedback, but the aim is just as well to have a dialogue about what you thrive in, what we offer etc.

  • Assignment specific interview. Based on the learnings from the process you will be given a case to prepare. You will present the case to the hiring manager, a senior manager, relevant new colleagues and the People & Talents colleague. Preferably in person.

  • Offer presentation and walk through. We're excited and lucky to have you!
