We are looking for a highly-driven broker assistant / customer success manager to join our tech-startup based in Stockholm. Your challenge is to deliver a world class customer experience to all our customers that aim to sell, buy or maintain their home.

Owning and managing the end to end process of customer inquiries.
Owning and managing the end to end process of finding new partners (ex, real estate brokers, home service providers, etc.)
Owning and managing the end to end process of open houses
Going the extra mile and ”never say no to a client”, to develop customer trust and nurture the talented team around you is key.
Being the point of contact between customer and the specialist team (ex, real estate brokers).
Work with product development by being the point of contact between the customers and the product team.
Working closely with your management to ensure targets are being met and partners are being optimized to align with the business growth plans.
Managing time to achieve and exceed tight deadlines and ambitious goals.
Be economically aware and managing resources with respect.

Having fun and sometimes fail.
1+ years experience as assistant for real estate brokers
2+ years experience in sales and/or customer success management.
Entrepreneurial outlook to proactively identify and engage with new partners and customers.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage internal and external relationships and stakeholders, on the phone and in person.
Goal orientated with a strong sense that nothing is impossible.
Fluent in Swedish & English.
