About the role

You will be heading our digital marketing team, where you’ll be working towards driving traffic to our website, increasing lead generation by spending our marketing budget wisely, targeting the relevant audience. We have the infrastructure in place and some pretty good insights already. 

You thrive in entrepreneurial and creative environments and get encouraged to develop your skills with increased responsibility - there are great opportunities to grow within the organization, along with the rest of us. 

We believe that you have relevant experience from digital marketing with a deep understanding for marketing technology. You may have previous experience from a fast-paced start-up, scale-up, or just a desire to work in a small and fast-growing company. Having worked with B2B is advantageous. We offer a beautiful workspace in the city center of Stockholm. We see that you’re located in Stockholm as we expect you to join us in everything we do.

More specifically, your work will include:

• SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing and PPC (you will have a Content Manager reporting to you)

• SEM campaigns planning & management 

• Create, tweak and maintain a relevant digital marketing funnel

•  A/B experiment testing, landing pages optimization, Web traffic analysis, Conversions optimization

• Initiative and development of new market channels to broaden and reach more target group segments

• Analyze traffic from various channels on KPIs and objectives

• Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively

• Understand the key measurement tools available

• Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms

• Reporting key numbers on progress

  
  

Qualifications

We see that you have a relevant degree in marketing from a top university and/or relevant experience. Excellent English and Swedish knowledge (writing and speaking).

Full-time, permanent contract with a probationary period.
