We're growing fast and looking for a new colleagues to join as Norwegian-speaking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive the continual growth of our business and product.
You’ll join our dynamic Nordic sales team where you will be responsible for approaching new potential customers and determining their relevancy for Planday. If it seems like a fit, you’ll put them in touch with one of our Account Executives.
You can expect to work with the following:
Identify and contact relevant prospects through phone calls and email
Arrange meetings with prospects
Overall, work as a team to reach sales targets
Your individual targets will be built around meetings booked and daily activities (calls, talk time etc.), while still ensuring that great relationships with potential clients are being built.

We’re looking for colleagues with strong communication skills and a proactive approach – you'll be reaching out to and speaking with a lot of people in this role after all!
Professional fluency in both Norwegian and English
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a high activity level
Ability to quickly understand customer needs
A few months experience in a sales role, especially in a SaaS company, is ideal
It would be beneficial if you have knowledge/experience with the following – but we want to hear from you even if you don’t.
Understanding of standard sales tools, such as Salesforce and Salesloft
If you don’t have relevant sales experience, please tell us about your motivation to start a career in sales and how your existing skills or experiences are applicable.
