To accelerate our growth, we have launched a partner track and we need your help to make sure our partners become successful.

The Sales team drives the sales conversations with potential customers. Through the partner channel we expand our reach to other industries and geographical locations. We must be able to deliver value to both end-users and partners and your role will be to support the partners with end-user facing activities like demos, meetings, calls etc.

We're looking for a Partner Manager Assistant to support the Sales team in its primary and administrative duties. Our ideal candidate is passionate about B2B sales and wants to talk more about delivered value than technology. You should be curious and preferably fluent in business talks and comfortable in a quickly evolving environment. What you’ll do here:

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the activities in the Partner Team

  • Collaborate in the creation of comprehensive plans and go to market strategies to win new partners and increase their engagement with new customers

  • Help maintain project documentation and communicate timely updates of status, achievements, and potential challenges to the Partner Management Team

  • Support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in organizing various projects

  • Conduct market research to gather important data on potential new partner opportunities

  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information

  • Work with internal and external teams to build and launch integrated experiences across all SynergyXR channels,

  • Help prepare and deliver internal and external promotional presentations as well as assist in product demos

  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts

  • Update the company website, marketing collateral and sales enablement assets

  • Write partner relevant literature (articles, brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market and to make it easier for partners to become successful

  • Have B2B sales or channel-sales experience and/or are studying a sales-related education and want to jumpstart your career opportunities

  • Can multi-task and adhere to deadlines

  • Are well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

  • Possess a good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

  • Have excellent knowledge of social media, marketing computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, etc.)

  • Can communicate with and present to team members at all levels

  • Are highly adaptive and flexible, comfortable with ambiguity

  • Love the idea of working with new technology like VR and AR
