What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the execution of the organic growth strategy with the goal of increasing referring domains and backlinks to improve ranking position and search visibility

• Proactively discover and reach out and build relationships with journalists, bloggers, and companies for content-based collaborations

• Work alongside the Product, Content, and Design teams to ensure best on-site optimization strategy and execution

• Work alongside Feat’s editorial and research teams to establish an organic content marketing strategy, oversee execution and results, assure best practices are met for search, and opportunities are identified and seize

• Identify and execute on innovative organic growth opportunities

• Manage performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring benchmarks are established, lessons are learnt and growth opportunities capitalised.

Requirements

• Experience as an organic growth manager who has delivered strong growth results across multiple countries & domains. Ideally in a fast-growth B2C environment

• You are independent, a go-getter, a can-doer, and possess an exceptional drive

• You are sociable and full of energy – a true funky original

• You possess keen analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights that drive strategies and solutions.

• You are highly data-driven, ideally with experience working with Ahref, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, allowing you to successfully influence and communicate complex information clearly to your team, stakeholders and the wider organization.

• A love of thinking outside the box and developing innovative solutions.

• Finally, you love to take responsibility and have a strong knowledge and interest of current digital trends, SEO strategies and techniques.
