We are looking for a part-time / student who can be our new Swedish Customer Success manager.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to, content related to:

Go-to-market in Sweden
Influencer marketing
Customer service
Setting up and managing campaigns on SoMe and Google
Written communication and optimizations on our website and webshop.
With the role of Customer Success Manager, we would like you to:
fluent in Swedish (and preferably several languages)
You have the courage to be part of a start-up company where there is not always a fixed structure yet.
You are structured and can put things in order.
You like to have contact with customers and give them a good experience through phone and chat
Likes to work with dogs and possibly. even have had a dog.
