What We're Looking For

We recommend having personal experience with the following skills, knowledge & tools

Skills

Must Have: develop animations • analyze/edit scripts • identify music with commercial potential • quickly learn project management • perform video editing • synchronise sound with images • clear cut transition scenes • supervise filming equipment • put uncut recordings into computer • edit recorded sound • edit digital moving images 

Should Have:  work with the camera crew • create subtitles software • draw up artistic production • design graphics 

Could Have: apply colour grading • animate 3D organic forms • render 3D images • operate 3D computer graphics

Knowledge

Must Have: film production process • audiovisual equipment • motion graphics

Should Have:  ICT software specifications • graphic design • colour grading •  digital compositing

Could Have: design • UX  • personal directing styles

Tools

Must Have: Adobe After Effects or similar video animation software

Who you are

• You love being creative and doing things differently

• You study Film, Media Science, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a-like

• You have an existing portfolio of video productions you're proud to show and would love to expand

• You have experience with video editing

• You are detail-oriented and able to work with deadlines

• You are fluent in English (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish are a plus.)

• You are a team player who likes to get their hands dirty and strives for the best outcome

• You are ambitious and eager to learn and grow.

• You are not afraid to be yourself and love to have fun.

Practical information:

• The minimum duration is 2-3 months
