We are looking for a chocolate maker to help develop and produce our bean-to-bar chocolate.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Is to craft bean-to-bar chocolate – from sorting the cocoa beans to wrapping the chocolate bars – and everything in between.
Keeping the production nice and tidy.
Helping to develop new chocolate recipes.
Contribute to our small and dynamic start-up and team.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
You have a solid understanding of working with chocolate.
You are experienced in working in a food production.
You have a drive and manage to structure a daily routine full of fast ideas and deadlines, but don't get stuck if there's no straight path to the goal.
Help to provide a good energy to the team.

At mellōw we strive to raise the bar on chocolate.
We produce high-end single-origin chocolate following the bean-to-bar principles. All processing of cacao beans into chocolate is done by hand. We source raw cacao beans from small local farmers from across the world and craft the chocolate at our craft shop in Copenhagen, Denmark.
We make chocolate from carefully selected cocoa beans from some of the world's unique cocoa origins. We buy exclusively from farmers who grow their cocoa beans under 100% ethical and sustainable conditions.
