ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Healing Business Day Ltd is a fresh from the oven startup from Tampere, Finland. We believe in the power of self-knowledge and growth-mindset for creating thriving individuals and organizations. 

We are starting to build a totally new, sassy & fun brand dedicated to making us all better together at work. Our future spearhead service will be a self-charge mobile app for business people that helps them to empower themselves and others better. In addition to this we are planning on launching other products to spice up the mutual understanding and atmosphere within workplaces. 

In order to really conquer the (business) world, we are now searching for multiple new team members - in the form of internships - to grow with us and have loads of fun while doing it! 🤩

We’re building the mobile app and brand together with our pilot users and expert network so it would be essential to have a positive mindset towards networking and customer-feedback.

WHY AND HOW DO WE NEED YOU?

In order to enable our great visions for our upcoming brand and visibility, we are now looking for a marketing and social media intern to join our inspiring team! 

Since we want to stand out big time with our upcoming brand and message, we’re hoping you:

• Are fluent in Finnish and English

• Love to innovate on different methods and ideas related to social media marketing 

• Can make beautiful visuals for social media posts, articles or ads 😍

• Are hands-on in creating, sharing and targeting content on social media and other marketing channels

• Are familiar with (some of) these channels and tools: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Adobe’s creative tools and website platforms (etc. Squarespace, Wix, Wordpress) 

• Have passion towards online analytics and SEO

• Are willing to learn and build marketing (automation) campaigns

• Would also be interested in creating memorable digital customer journeys

• Embrace hungry & humble way of working

Any experience with newsletter software (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Squarespace etc.) is a big plus. 🤓

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

We’re offering you the most supportive team, inspiring professional (and personal) growth-journey plus valuable insight on launching and building a totally new brand & message - in the form of an unpaid internship. The best time to work with us would be from August onwards until November/December 2022. And in case you'd be happy to stay with us longer, we’re open for different future compensation discussions. 😎

WHO WE ARE?

A team of 2 women at the moment - Yin & Yang:

💃🏻 Ilona Suominen - mother of Healing Business Day and two little cuties. Ilona has a Master's degree from Turku School of Economics and 11+ years background within sales, marketing, business development and customer care from fast-growing multinational IT companies and startups. Ilona is an extroverted firecracker who is inspired by self-reflective & courageous people. 

🙋‍♀️ Nea Systä - an eager newcomer to the team. Caregiver for two furry children, multifunctional woman, startup entrepreneur and an entrepreneurship student. Nea has worked within the social and health care industry, sports scene, customer service and sales - and most recently as a developer of new product innovations. Nea identifies herself as a quieter background grinder that lights up from brainstorming.
